Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, documentation, and filing.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Prepare reports, presentations, and office documents as required.
Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies.
Maintain and update records in the company database.
Handle travel arrangements and expense reports.
Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
