Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.
2. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
4. Present, promote, and sell our services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
5. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
6. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
7. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
8. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or social media industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
7. High school diploma; BS/BA in business or a related field is a plus.
