Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
• Sales and Upselling: Actively sell reservations and identify opportunities to upsell additional services and packages.
• Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Reservation Management: Accurately process and manage reservations in our reservation system.
• Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Adherence to Standards: Comply with company policies, procedures, and sales targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
