High School Principal

Main Role:

Lead and manage all academic and administrative aspects of the school. Ensure a safe, high-quality learning environment, support student success, guide staff development, and build partnerships with families and the community.

Key Duties:

• Oversee daily school operations and activities
• Lead curriculum planning and teaching improvements
• Supervise, support, and evaluate teachers and staff
• Ensure students are safe, supported, and disciplined fairly
• Promote professional development and lifelong learning
• Communicate regularly with parents, students, and staff
• Use data to assess and improve student performance
• Develop the schools schedule and manage the school budget
• Represent the school in meetings, events, and conferences

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Masters degree in Science, Math, or Engineering
• Ph.D. preferred
• Experience:
• Minimum 10 years in the education field
• At least 5 years as a Principal
• 5 years of teaching experience
• Languages:
• English: Fluent (IELTS 7.0 Academic)
• Arabic: Advantage
