HFT/Trading DevOps Lead (Dubai)

Job Title: HFT/Trading DevOps Lead (Dubai)

Location: Dubai preferred; open to UK and Dubai time zones for remote candidates.

Overview: We are seeking an experienced HFT Trading Operations/DevOps Lead to build, optimize, and manage systems for a high growth HFT in Dubai. This firm has around 30 employees and accounts for 5-10% of global crypto volumes.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and oversee the HFT Operations/Infrastructure strategy.
2. Develop systems and best practices around availability, performance, latency, reliability, etc.
3. Collaborate directly with the Head of Engineering.
4. Lead a high-impact team.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in HFT operations and team management.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
3. Looking for expertise with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Ansible, etc.
