We are seeking a skilled Roadshow Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing hardware calls, and ensuring efficient ticket assignment. This role requires a valid driver's license and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve hardware calls and resolve tickets in accordance with SLAs.
• Configure and install laptops, PCs, barcode scanners, RE cameras, and other devices.
• Perform BIOS configuration and provide support on-site and at desk.
• Maintain and update records in Excel sheets.
• Provide support and troubleshoot technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Help Desk Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of BIOS configuration and installation of laptops and PCs.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools.
• Valid driver's license and own car.
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting IT devices and peripherals.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
