Al Marwan Group is hiring a Heavy Equipment Inspector (Workshop) to join our team in Sharjah. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and ensuring the quality of heavy machinery repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct inspections of excavators, bulldozers, loaders, cranes, and trucks.
2. Identify mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and recommend repairs.
3. Perform root cause analysis for equipment failures.
4. Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
5. Maintain detailed inspection reports and document findings.
6. Provide technical guidance to mechanics and workshop staff.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Experience: Minimum 7 years in heavy equipment inspection (workshop/service center).
3. Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools, mechanical systems, and industry regulations.
4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills.
