Drives and delivers required stock to clients/showrooms to and from specified destinations within the UAE to ensure delivery punctuality and safety, as per the instruction of Warehouse Manager/Supervisor, following all safety regulations and precautions.
Inspects and maintains vehicle cleanliness, supplies, and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes, and reports any maintenance problems to the line manager to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition.
Ensures the delivery documents are signed by customers and collects approved customer returns and reports to the line manager.
Drives a vehicle as per Govt Rules & Regulations to avoid fines and penalties.
Adheres to the Group Vehicle Policy to utilize the asset in the most effective ways.
Performs timely vehicle maintenance and regular service to avoid breakdowns.
Performs other relative duties assigned by the line manager.

Vehicle Maintenance and Safety Checks:
Pre-Trip Inspections: Conducting thorough inspections of the vehicle before starting a journey, checking the condition of tires, brakes, lights, engine, fuel levels, and other essential components.
Routine Maintenance: Performing basic vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes, checking tire pressure, and ensuring proper functioning of brakes and lights.
Reporting Mechanical Issues: Reporting any vehicle malfunctions or damage to supervisors or maintenance staff for further repairs.
Cleaning: Keeping the vehicle clean and maintaining its interior and exterior, ensuring it is presentable and functional.

Adherence to Legal Requirements: Complying with all traffic laws, weight limits, driving hours, and safety standards.
Document Handling: Completing and maintaining accurate records, including delivery forms, manifests, inspection reports, fuel logs, and other transportation documents.
Tachograph Usage: Using a tachograph to ensure compliance with regulations on working hours and rest periods.
