Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Supervisor (Immediate Joiners Only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Oversee ductwork, piping, and system layout to ensure proper airflow and efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other departments for project execution.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Train and mentor HVAC technicians to improve skill levels and performance.
• Prepare reports on system performance, maintenance schedules, and completed work.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor&aposs in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC supervision.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chillers, and ventilation.
• Experience with local authority regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
