1. Maintenance (preventive & corrective):
Checking of chillers, AHUs, chilled water pumps, etc. Monitoring of BMS system, checking the raw and treated water levels. Daily checking and keeping the record of RO plant. Servicing of chillers, AHUs, and FCUs as per the schedule. Attend to the complaints of HVAC systems and check and attend to the problems of the cooling system. Replacing cartridge filters of the water line in the building. Checking and following up on the temperature of heat exchangers for the machines. Handling repair damage and dysfunctional air-conditioners. Fix and check package type & split type units. Change parts and conduct daily routine inspections.
2. Parts Management and Record Keeping Management:
Maintain service records, log-books, manuals, tools, and reports related to emergency spare parts.
3. Teamwork / Coordination & Communication:
Support the whole team, helping team members in all activities related to the workplace. Strong observation skills, highly focused during measurements, and communicates well with the supervisor. Ability to learn new things.
4. HSE Compliance & Punctuality:
Strict adherence to safe work practices and reporting to the supervisor in case any team member breaks compliance. Follow all pandemic rules & regulations.
5. Special Jobs:
Special jobs assigned by the line manager.
