Responsibilities
Source and recruit healthcare professionals including nurses, physicians, and allied health staff
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans
Maintain and update our applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records of candidate progress
Build and maintain relationships with local and national educational institutions and industry organizations to foster talent pipelines
Facilitate recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to attract potential candidates
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
