Job description

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to fill vacancies for our onsite medical services, including roles such as occupational health nurses, physicians, paramedics, EMTs, and wellness staff. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring highly qualified candidates to support our clients' on-location healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source and attract healthcare professionals for onsite medical services, including registered nurses, physicians, EMTs, and allied health staff.
  2. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring for onsite healthcare roles.
  3. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand staffing requirements for various onsite medical service projects.
  4. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future onsite medical service opportunities.
  5. Utilize multiple recruiting platforms, such as job boards, social media, and recruitment databases, to find qualified candidates.
  6. Conduct initial interviews and background checks to ensure candidate suitability for specific onsite roles.
  7. Maintain an organized recruitment database and ensure compliance with company hiring policies and healthcare regulations.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, including changes in healthcare staffing, licensure requirements, and regional labor market conditions.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably with experience in recruiting for onsite medical services, occupational health, or emergency medical services.
  2. Familiarity with recruiting for roles such as nurses, paramedics, physicians, and wellness professionals.
  3. Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with both candidates and clients.
  4. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools.
  5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  6. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and certification requirements for onsite medical roles.
  7. Bachelor’s /Master's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
