As an in-house Senior Project Manager, you will play an integral support role on the design and construction of capital programs. This will include developing the design alongside the internal architects, seeing the project through preconstruction, and estimating, soliciting the general contractors as well as overseeing contracts, scope of work and schedules. You will also contribute to the entire financial management of your projects, including developing and delivering on the budget you put together with your senior and wider real estate team.
Projects range from:
A new $400M hospital campus development.
Major building additions.
Medical office space buildouts
Full building guts and refreshes.
Smaller capex projects throughout the system.
New technical equipment installations.
What you'll need to succeed:
8+ years of experience in Commercial Construction either on the general contracting side or working directly for a consultancy firm and/or end user/client.
High preference for Project Managers to have Healthcare or related construction project experience, new build or renovations. Life Science or any commercial projects with technical MEP scopes will be considered.
A bachelor’s degree is not essential but highly desired. Ideal degrees include Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering disciplines.
