Job Overview
The Healthcare Administrator and Patient Relationship Officer will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities
Patient Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat visits.
Coordinate patient care plans, follow-ups, and appointments to enhance the continuity of care.
Address patient complaints promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
Administrative Duties
Manage front-desk operations, including patient registration, scheduling, and billing.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in line with regulatory requirements.
Monitor clinic supplies, equipment, and resources, ensuring timely replenishment.
Coordinate with the clinical team to streamline workflows and ensure efficient clinic operations.
Operational Support
Develop and implement processes to improve the patient journey, from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up.
Support the Clinic Director in operational planning and reporting.
Ensure the clinic complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Communication & Collaboration
Act as a liaison between patients and clinical staff, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services, gather patient testimonials, and increase clinic visibility.
Participate in team meetings, providing insights into patient satisfaction and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years in a similar role in a healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of patient relationship management and healthcare operations.
Familiarity with clinic management software is a plus.
