Job Title: HSE Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi (with occasional offshore visits as required)

Minimum Qualifications & Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (4 years full-time), preferably in Chemical or Mechanical
• NEBOSH IGC Mandatory
• Certificate in Process Safety Management Preferred
• ICS Level 100 Certification Preferred
• IOSH/OSHA Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
• ISO 45001 Certified Internal Auditor
• Additional HSE trainings/certifications are an advantage

Experience:

• 58 years of relevant HSE experience
• Minimum 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically as an HSE Engineer
• Preference for candidates with experience in ADNOC group companies

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Company HSEMS framework in compliance with ADNOC HSE standards
• Ensure contractor HSEMS implementation aligns with ADNOC and Company standards
• Lead and support HSEIA and other safety studies for both existing and new facilities
• Monitor maintenance of safety critical equipment (e.g., lifeboats, SCBA, fire extinguishers)
• Plan and conduct HSE training, awareness programs, and culture enhancement campaigns
• Lead internal HSE audits and ensure follow-up on action items
• Support incident investigations and provide trend analysis for management review
• Develop scope of work for HSE studies (HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, etc.) and recommend qualified bidders
• Establish procedures for Risk Management and Process Safety
• Facilitate Management of Change (MOC) processes and related training
