As a Health Club and Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting all guests and members while ensuring a safe and clean environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
Consistently offers professional, engaging, and friendly service.
Be the first and last representation of the health club for guests and members.
General reception duties including meeting and greeting guests and hotel members.
Operating point of sales system to ensure proper billing of services to guests and members for services rendered.
Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility.
Ensure that the Health Club is safe and hazard-free.
Maintain inventory and appearance of retail center.
Maintain general upkeep and cleanliness of the entire health club facility, including but not limited to locker rooms and retail, reception, and lounge areas.
Handling cash and/or credit transactions while ensuring checks and balances through all venues.
Communicating with guests and members using correct verbiage and standard Fairmont telephone protocols.
Responsible for projects as assigned by the manager.
