Health and Safety Manager (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is currently seeking a Health and Safety Manager for an exciting opportunity in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of employees and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety programs and policies in accordance with local regulations and industry standards
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate safety measures
• Provide guidance and support to employees on health and safety matters
• Lead incident investigations, report findings, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Deliver training programs on safety-related topics
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to health and safety
• Stay up-to-date with changes in health and safety regulations and best practices
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety improvement initiatives
• Engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, regarding health and safety compliance
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in Saudi Arabia
• In-depth knowledge of local health and safety regulations and standards
• Experience in implementing health and safety programs in a diverse workplace
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Professional certifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
