Support the businesses within the region to ensure a centralized “one company” H&S processes and standards roll out.
Ensure that all Egis offices & projects are fully compliant with client requirements, current corporate standards and regulations and laws governing the jurisdiction in which the site is located.
Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are promptly informed of all H&S related issues (e.g. regulations, progress, compliance, violations, etc.) affecting their scope of responsibilities.
Involved in Incident Investigations, supporting projects throughout to ensure that root causes have been identified and corrective actions are being taken.
Support with prequalification, bids, recruitment, mobilization, training and career development within the H&S function.
Align with Global H&S and roll out H&S initiatives within all the region ME-SA.
Visit Projects and teams to understand and assess all challenges related to H&S.
Build the H&S community with the Region and ensure that the teams get the required support and share lessons learned and expertise within the broader HSE community.
Participate in Global H&S steering committees as well as all HSE initiatives and H&S transformation.
Work closely with Regional H&S business leaders to develop and implement the H&S strategy for the region.
Qualifications
Years of experience: Min 7
Education: Qualified NEBOSH Diploma level, or equivalent, having chartered membership of IOSH or similar.
