We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Waiter/Incharge to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end or busy restaurant environment. As the Head Waiter/Incharge, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining a smooth operation during service hours. Proficiency in Arabic is a must for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Oversee and manage the waitstaff team, ensuring all members are performing their duties efficiently and professionally.
Customer Service: Ensure guests receive the highest level of service, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and effectively.
Training & Development: Train new waitstaff on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interaction, ensuring continuous development of the team.
Order Management: Oversee the order-taking process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivering food and beverages to guests.
Service Coordination: Coordinate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure seamless service and prompt delivery of orders.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, ensuring consistency in presentation and taste.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to by the team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a head waiter or supervisory role within a restaurant.
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with ease.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
