Head Waiter

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waitresses to join our restaurant team. As a Waitress, you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring they have an outstanding dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing a high level of customer service while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all orders are delivered according to guest specifications and restaurant standards.
• Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a waitress or similar role preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.
