Head Waiter

Our client is a fast-growing café in Dubai, offering French and Mediterranean cuisine with over 100+ seating capacity and 24 / 7 operations. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Waiter to manage their front-of-house team and ensure a high standard of customer service.

The Head of Waiter will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient dining experience for all guests. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, experience in managing staff, and a deep understanding of hospitality service in a busy restaurant environment.

• Manage and supervise the wait-staff, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts.
• Train and develop the wait-staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards.
• Create staff schedules and manage shift coverage to meet the demands of the café.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
• Ensure the café complies with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless operations between front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Monitor the cleanliness and ambiance of the café, ensuring it reflects the café’s brand and quality.
