Job Details:

1. Minimum graduate level degree or related Procurement specific qualification.
2. CIPS Certified would be an added value.
3. A minimum of 15 years' experience in procurement within the region. Having education procurement experience is preferred.
4. Excellent communication skills are essential.
5. Fluent English communication skills, written and oral; Arabic is an added value.
6. Excellent knowledge of ERP system (SAP Ariba and Oracle Fusions).
7. Excellent usage of MS Office (PP, Excel).
8. Ability to create dashboards.
9. Proven track record of developing advanced procurement processes and methods.
10. Attention to detail with diligent follow up, and able to execute in a timely manner.
11. Skilled in multi-tasking and handling pressure.
12. Excellent interpersonal skills.
13. Pro-active, Agile.
14. Excellent problem solving skills.
