We are currently recruiting for a Head Onboarding to join our Onboarding team in Dubai.

Scope

The Head of Onboarding is responsible for driving the planning and delivery of recruitment, arrivals, and training of all sites-based personnel at Transguard. This position is responsible for creating and operating a streamlined onboarding process that improves the quality of new hires, speeds up the recruitment and training process and increases the predictability of the overall process. The Head of Onboarding will use data to drive insights that improve procedures, maintain an analytical and organized approach, and lead staff on best onboarding practices.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate the viability of projects and initiatives. Provide comprehensive reporting to senior management and leadership team, highlighting opportunities for growth and areas requiring attention.
  2. Maintain and improve financial performance of the business by efficiently arriving staff and deploying them early or on time.

Customer

  1. Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
  2. Ensure transparency in the onboarding processes and foster strong relationships to support business objectives.
  3. Improve attrition through upskilling existing employees.

Process

  1. Streamline onboarding processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  2. Leverage technology and automation where possible to enhance process capabilities.
  3. Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  4. Identify potential risks associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the department.
  6. Encourage feedback and implement best practices to enhance operational performance.
  7. Drive innovation within the onboarding department by encouraging creative thinking and the exploration of new ideas and technologies.
  8. Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies that capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement.
  9. Promote a learning environment within the team.
  10. Encourage professional development and knowledge sharing to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.

Selection Criteria

  1. Graduate with 10+ years experience in a similar role within the Manpower supply industry.
  2. Advanced level of knowledge of UAE Labor laws.
  3. Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and experience in budget management and forecasting.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive innovation, and implement change effectively.
