JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Utilize the Units' resources (human, financial, technology, assets) and manage them efficiently and effectively to achieve the section's objectives.
2. Contribute to the identification and evaluation of the Units' operations, conduct comprehensive analyses of unit performance, and implement the necessary improvements.
3. Contribute to the implementation of the operational plans, prepare the annual estimated budgets of the unit, and follow up on the plan implementation.
4. Implement the unit project plan and review the completion reports to ensure the achievement of the desired objectives.
5. Contribute to the implementation of benchmarking and specialized practices in the unit and determine the priorities of the application.
