Head of Trust & Fiduciary

This is an exciting opportunity with the chance for travel within UAE, overseeing trust administration, corporate directorship, company secretarial services, and governance. You will serve as primary contacts for high profile clients, working closely with the team to attract new clients, enhance service delivery, and ensure a robust risk management framework and regulatory compliance for onshore and offshore clients.

Your role will blend strategic business development with operational excellence to build a best-in-class trust and fiduciary platform. Responsibilities include undertaking annual and investment reviews, developing innovative services to meet client needs, and ensuring safe custody and control of legal documents and contracts.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must be a proven leader with exceptional client management, business development, organisation, communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Requirements include:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Law/Finance/Business Administration or similar, and preferably a Master’s degree/STEP/ICSA.
2. At least 10 years in trust administration/corporate secretarial/fiduciary services.
3. Substantial experience managing complex client portfolios.
4. Proven expertise in family office governance, corporate directorship, fiduciary services, and regulatory compliance.
5. Strong knowledge of UAE and international regulatory frameworks and multi-jurisdictional needs.
6. High attention to detail and a strategic thinker.
