Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Trading to lead its global trading operations across options, OTC spot, and market-making in digital assets.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on strategy and execution, requiring deep expertise in OTC markets, liquidity management, and new token listings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the trading desk covering options, spot OTC, and market-making strategies.
• Develop and execute trading strategies to maximize P&L while managing risk and capital allocation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams; bring a strong technical engineering background with the ability to code and prototype in-house tools.
• Oversee liquidity provisioning across centralized and decentralized venues.
• Manage and mentor a high-performance team of traders, quants, and engineers.
• Drive execution in new token markets and contribute to overall firm growth strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership in digital asset trading, including options and OTC spot markets.
• Strong coding ability (Rust, C++, or similar) with a systems-level understanding of trading infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of liquidity dynamics, counterparty relationships, and electronic trading.
• Experience in market making, token launches, and rapidly evolving crypto markets.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
