Head of Supply Chain & Procurement

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Supply Chain & Procurement to oversee and optimize the entire supply chain and procurement operations within our F&B organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, improving efficiency, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain and procurement strategy to meet business objectives.
2. Lead the end-to-end supply chain process, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
3. Identify and negotiate with reliable suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials.
4. Ensure compliance with local and international food safety and quality standards.
5. Optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock while minimizing costs.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and sales, to forecast demand and align procurement strategies.
7. Implement digital tools and ERP systems to enhance supply chain efficiency and visibility.
8. Establish KPIs and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely deliveries and quality consistency.
9. Mitigate supply chain risks by identifying potential disruptions and implementing contingency plans.
10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in supply chain and procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the F&B industry.
3. Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, supplier management, and inventory control.
4. Proven experience in contract negotiation and cost optimization.
5. Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
6. Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
8. Strong leadership and communication abilities with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams.
