Foster open communication and collaboration with peers across different functions to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Build and manage a team of Product Owners, recruiting and retaining talent with the expertise required for business success.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in application management and related fields.
Continuously monitor application performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Proactively address application-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Manage budgets and resources effectively for application support and maintenance.
Qualifications
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in application management or a related IT leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing and supporting complex application landscapes.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and best practices in application management.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and foster a collaborative environment within the team and across departments.
