Job Opportunity: Head of Software Engineering

We are seeking a Head of Software Engineering for a stealth mode startup. The company is building an exciting product and has impressive prelaunch signups. They have hired 4 Engineers and are looking for someone to:

1. Manage, develop, and grow the existing team.
2. Help them scale from 0-1 from a technical perspective.
3. Drive an engineering culture within the organization to help prepare for raising their Series A.

What You'll Need:

1. Recent hands-on experience working with Node.js.
2. Experience working within an early-stage startup or small business of less than 50 employees.
3. A background in managing small teams.

This role ideally requires relocation to Dubai but may be open to fully remote candidates located in India or Europe.

Salary: The salary on offer is between 30k-40k AED (or equivalent), depending on experience.
