You will ensure efficient delivery of services by managing the end to end processing of service requests.

Description

1. Support the development and implementation of the unit's strategy, objectives, policies, and operational plans.
2. Review service requests to determine their nature and scope, identifying unique requirements and implications.
3. Prioritise service requests based on urgency and alignment with organisational goals.
4. Manage the delivery of service engagements, monitoring progress and compliance with timelines and objectives.
5. Support the review of services and maintain the taxonomy framework.

Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Professional certifications in project management, service delivery, or related areas.
3. Extensive experience in service delivery within complex organisational settings such as a large holding group, or a shared services function.
4. Proven experience in service planning, qualification, and delivery oversight in a complex organisation.
5. Experience in project management and coordination, with a track record of successful service delivery.
6. Strong analytical and decision-making skills for effective service qualification and prioritisation.
7. Expertise in project management and service delivery methodologies.
8. Proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
