We're Hiring: Head of Security Applications

Are you an experienced leader in information security looking to make a significant impact? We're searching for a Head of Security Applications to lead compliance and assurance across security applications for our client's organization. This senior role is essential to ensuring our information security is aligned with the latest industry regulations and best practices.

Role Overview: In this role, you will oversee the strategic implementation of security controls, conduct compliance assessments, and coordinate with internal and external teams to manage security risks across our client's applications and digital assets. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects and contribute to an organization committed to security excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage security assurance and compliance frameworks for applications
2. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (NESA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and more)
3. Lead assessments, audits, and remediation plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams
4. Serve as a liaison between security, compliance, and audit teams to maintain a secure and compliant environment

What We're Looking For:

1. 9-12 years of experience in information security, ideally within banking or finance sectors
2. Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks and standards (e.g., UAE NESA, PCI DSS, SWIFT CSF)
3. Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISA, or CISM)
