Future Scholars seeks a Directress to lead school operations, ensuring the effective implementation of its mission and Montessori philosophy. Reporting to the Managing Partner, this role oversees academics, staff, student affairs, and community engagement.

The Directress provides visionary leadership, guiding faculty and students toward educational excellence. Responsibilities include curriculum oversight, staff recruitment and development, student welfare, budget management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. Additionally, the role fosters strong community relationships and ensures a safe, supportive learning environment.
