In this position, with a high-profile institutional digital assets broker, you will lead the global sales and trading operations, drive revenue growth, and manage key client relationships in the rapidly evolving digital asset space.
Role:
Build, lead and manage the sales and trading teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team and monitor progress to ensure targets are met.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance trading operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and other major market participants.
Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, discuss market trends, and offer insights and recommendations.
Oversee the execution of trading strategies, ensuring optimal performance and risk management.
Utilize market data and analytics to refine trading approaches and improve decision-making.
Work closely with trading desk professionals to manage liquidity and enhance execution efficiency.

Must be currently, or within the last 12 months, based in ADGM.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in institutional sales and trading with at least 3 years within a crypto team or firm.
Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, prime brokerage services, and trading strategies.
Proficiency with trading platforms, financial software, and market data tools. Familiarity with algorithmic trading and risk management systems is advantageous.
Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to cryptocurrency trading and prime brokerage.
