The ideal candidate will have a proven history of working with prestigious developers such as Emaar, Damac, or Nakheel, and a demonstrated ability to manage high-performing sales teams. Reporting directly to the CEO or VP of Sales, the candidate should be adept at building and maintaining strategic relationships to drive sales growth. The role requires a deep understanding of the luxury property landscape and effective management practices.
Requirements
Extensive experience in luxury real estate sales management in Dubai.
Previous experience managing a team of relationship managers or sales managers.
Significant work history with top-tier developers like Emaar, Damac, or Nakheel.
Proven success in developing strategic relationships to enhance sales operations.
Experience reporting to top-level executives such as CEOs or VPs of Sales.
Strong network within the luxury real estate industry in Dubai.
Ability to speak multiple languages, including Arabic, is preferable.
