Job Description

The Head of Sales Division is responsible for overseeing the entire sales function, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic plans to expand the company's market reach. This role requires a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of sales processes, team management, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and professional growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and close deals with major clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
  • Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in managing and motivating a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess sales performance and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
