Head of Sales cum Business Development Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales cum Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities to expand our portfolio and client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and performance benchmarks.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive revenue growth.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and institutional investors.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create effective campaigns and client engagement strategies.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to adapt strategies and offerings.
  7. Represent the company at industry events, property expos, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  8. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the management team.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Relevant experience in real estate sales and business development, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the UAE real estate market.
  4. Strong knowledge of UAE's real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
  5. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  6. Established network of brokers, investors, and industry professionals.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
