About Primary Markets Solutions:

The Primary Markets Solutions business of S&P Global Market Intelligence services the needs of sell-side banks in the primary issuance space with tailored workflow solutions and data intelligence.

What you’ll work on:

You will be responsible for new client acquisition as well as managing and upselling to existing clients within the designated territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and new client growth within your assigned territory.
  • Manage the retention and renewal of existing business.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Account Managers to drive lead generation and growth.
  • Maintain a high prospecting activity level.

What we look for:

  • Minimum of 10 years B2B consultative selling experience.
  • Substantial experience in client services or sales of consultative financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of financial markets.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics; CFA or MBA designations are a plus.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a multinational organization.
  • Proven communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software to track sales opportunities.
