About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Director to lead and grow our automotive factory's sales within the B2B2C market. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across all sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and target segments.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, including pricing, channel strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Forecast sales targets and track progress against goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key B2B customers (e.g., dealerships, distributors, fleet managers).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with end-users (B2C) through various channels (e.g., online platforms, dealerships, events).
- Understand customer needs and preferences to tailor product offerings and marketing campaigns.
- Lead and manage sales teams:
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Drive revenue growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts and strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Drive sales across all channels, including online and offline.
- Stay abreast of industry trends:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
- Adapt sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences: Build brand awareness and generate leads at industry events and trade shows.
- Network with potential customers and partners.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in B2B and B2B2C sales within the motor vehicle manufacturing/Electric Vehicles; at least 10 years of experience.
- Strong leadership, management, and mentorship skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
