Job Summary:
As the Sales Head for Abu Dhabi (AUH), you will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy to drive business growth, meet revenue targets, and strengthen client relationships across the region. This role requires a deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi market, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders including CXOs and CIOs. You will oversee the full sales cycle, managing new and existing business opportunities in sectors such as the federal government, key public sector accounts, financial institutions, and local government entities.
Your focus will be on expanding business areas such as digital e-services, Microsoft Business Applications, security, cloud, managed services, hybrid infrastructure, and enterprise asset management. Additionally, you will represent the company at external engagements and foster relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
In this leadership role, you will manage a local sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering high performance. You will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing market intelligence to refine growth strategies and ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing relationship management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy & Growth:
- Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth in Abu Dhabi.
- Develop and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Create roadmaps for areas such as Digital e-services, Microsoft Business Applications, Security, Cloud, Managed Services, Hybrid Infrastructure, and Enterprise Asset Management.
- Drive aggressive business growth across verticals such as Federal Government, Key Large Public Sector Accounts, Financial Institutions, Enterprise, and Local Government entities.
- Collaborate with OEMs to enhance business outcomes and client service delivery.
Branding & Market Presence:
- Represent the company in external affairs, including press engagements, advertising campaigns, training sessions, and industry conferences.
- Actively participate in corporate and client forums, seminars, and user groups.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives (CXOs, CIOs) in key accounts across Abu Dhabi.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations, communication, negotiation, and feedback with key stakeholders.
- Maintain and develop strong partnerships with OEMs for long-term business collaboration.
Market Insights:
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to align sales strategies with business verticals.
Team Leadership:
- Manage the local sales team, ensuring they meet performance goals and business objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and high performance within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in Sales and Marketing preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE:
- 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 3 years in IT sales in Abu Dhabi.
- Proven experience in handling large accounts and business opportunities.
