Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Dubai

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to lead their sales and growth strategies, working closely with their CEO to drive their vision forward.

In this full-time, on-site role, the candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, preferably food and beverage manufacturing. The candidate must have a strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with the executive team.

We are looking to engage with UAE Nationals with a Family Book to support our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s vision and market needs.
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve targets and drive growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Work with the CEO to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
  • Track sales performance and adjust strategies based on data.
  • Manage the sales budget to ensure efficient resource use and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years in sales and business development, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven success in sales, strong leadership, and strategic skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.
