The Role

• The main role is to ensure the department is growing efficiently with the right sort of revenue generation.
• Manage a vibrant team of recruiters
• Make sure sales targets are met each month
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Set and manage all KPI’s
• Produce regular internal reports
• Act as a mentor to the Recruitment Team

Requirements

• Hold sales and account management skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Strict time management is essential
• Administrative skills are required
• Deep knowledge of events, marketing, PR and recruitment is essential
• Fluent in Arabic and English
