Job description

  • Lead financial scrutiny and due diligence to gauge the viability and yield of potential real estate investments.
  • Supervise real estate projects from inception to culmination, ensuring punctuality and adherence to premium standards.
  • Mentor and steer a team of real estate experts, imparting guidance and evaluating performance to meet institutional goals.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders, including legal counselors, contractors, and financial establishments, ensuring fluid project progression.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with industry stalwarts, governmental representatives, and other pertinent entities to augment business growth avenues.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • An undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is a distinct advantage.
  • A minimum of 4 to 5 years' experience in real estate investment and development, with a focus on global markets.
  • Acute comprehension of international real estate markets, contemporary trends, and investment modalities.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing real estate ventures.
  • Proficient financial analytical capabilities, with a knack for assessing investment prospects and project feasibility.
  • Stellar leadership, communication, and negotiation prowess.
  • Familiarity with regional regulations and legal stipulations pertaining to real estate.
  • Competency in employing project management software and tools.
  • Robust problem-solving and decision-making faculties.
