Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Project Managers responsible for supporting customers after the stage of contract signing, ensuring their development and growth;
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team, ensuring that they meet and exceed performance metrics;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the engineering department, to ensure successful project implementation and delivery;
- Develop, implement and maintain customer data management standards in HubSpot CRM and Click UP, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and compliance with data protection regulations;
- Implement processes for project management, including project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction;
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery by setting high standards for the team, continuously monitoring and improving customer satisfaction levels;
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees on project management best practices and company standards;
- Create and maintain department work standards, policies, and procedures to ensure that the team works effectively and efficiently;
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures, proactively identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes where necessary.
Required skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, managing and developing high-performing teams;
- Fluent English (C2) and Russian;
- Computer savvy;
- Knowledge of CRM system;
- International work experience, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global setting;
- Candidates possessing technical or engineering backgrounds will be prioritized.
