Head of Procurement - Emiratization

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Overview: Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all procurement and contracting activities within the real estate sector and must possess a strong background in engineering, extensive experience in negotiation, and a proven track record of procurement management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.
• Lead contract negotiation and management processes to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for various procurement activities, including but not limited to construction, maintenance, and supply agreements.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance.
• Evaluate potential vendors and conduct supplier assessments.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable contracts.
• Develop and manage procurement budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in procurement and contract management, preferably within luxury high-end real estate or similar industries.
