Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s degree preferred)
• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent certification
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a primary school setting
• Experience with the IB Primary Years Programme
• Proven track record of successful school management
• Fluency in English AND either French or German

Essential Skills

• Bilingual proficiency (English/French or English/German)
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience managing large primary school departments
• Deep understanding of international curricula, particularly the IB framework
• Commitment to student-centred, inquiry-based learning approaches
