Serve as the primary point of contact for PR clients, fostering strong relationships and providing strategic counsel to meet their communication goals.
Lead and mentor a team of PR professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts, securing impactful coverage across print, digital, and broadcast channels.
Oversee the creation of compelling press releases, articles, and other communication materials that effectively convey clients' messages and narratives.
Drive the planning and execution of PR events, from press conferences to product launches, ensuring seamless coordination and maximum media exposure.
Develop proactive strategies and protocols to effectively manage crisis situations, safeguarding the reputation and integrity of clients and the agency.
Monitor and analyze PR performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory developments in the PR landscape, actively participating in industry events and forums.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in PR, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven track record of executing successful PR campaigns in Dubai, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and measurable results.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, media contacts, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and PR software/tools.
Knowledge of Arabic language is advantageous but not essential.
