HEAD OF OPERATIONS (AFTERSALES): AUTOMOTIVE GROUP

The client, a certified Top Employer in the UAE for three consecutive years, is seeking an exceptional Head of Aftersales to lead our network of six business units, including three integrated body shops.

About Us

We manage an annual throughput of 40,000-45,000 vehicles across our mechanical and collision repair centres, with a dedicated workforce of 350 professionals. Our strong partnerships with major insurance companies make us a leader in the UAE's automotive aftermarket sector.

The Role

As Head of Aftersales, you'll drive operational excellence while shaping strategic direction across our business units. Leading a team of 12 direct reports, you'll be responsible for maximising operational efficiency while developing new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

1. Lead and develop multiple site management teams across our network
2. Drive performance improvements and operational efficiency
3. Manage key insurance partnerships and strategic business development
4. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation
5. Implement and maintain quality control systems
6. Chair disciplinary proceedings and ensure regulatory compliance

What You'll Need

1. Bachelor's Degree with MBA preferred
2. Proven track record in senior management within UAE's non-franchised automotive sector
3. Extensive experience in both mechanical repair and body shop operations
4. Strong commercial acumen with insurance-related business experience
5. Excellence in operational management and process improvement
6. Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management abilities
7. Exceptional communication skills, including report writing and presentations
