Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Head of Mechanical Design and Development to join our team at Head Quarter Facilities Supply LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of mechanical systems, including HVAC and MEP systems.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a contracting company. They will be proficient in engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, and have a strong understanding of local regulations and standards related to mechanical engineering.

You will work closely with the project team to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and participate in site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and adherence to specifications.
