Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing – LATAM to lead our regional marketing strategy, enhance brand positioning, and drive lead generation efforts. Based in our Dubai office, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services marketing, with proven expertise in executing data-driven campaigns and delivering impactful regional strategies tailored to the Latin American market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the LATAM region to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
- Drive lead generation initiatives and optimize conversion rates through targeted campaigns and analytics.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and regional needs.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with local influencers, affiliates, agencies, and media to amplify brand reach.
- Develop and adapt content marketing strategies to resonate with LATAM audiences and ensure cultural relevance.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations while executing all marketing initiatives.
- Manage and monitor the LATAM marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in the Forex, CFD, or financial trading industry.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including PPC, SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- In-depth knowledge of the LATAM market, including cultural and regulatory aspects.
- Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
