We are looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy, drive growth across all brands, and explore new revenue opportunities. This role involves aligning marketing efforts with sales and operations, enhancing customer acquisition and retention, and offering services to external partners.

Job Purpose:

The Head of Marketing will lead the company's marketing department to drive sustainable growth across all brands and revenue-generating units. This role involves setting a clear marketing vision and strategy and ensuring the effective implementation of marketing plans in collaboration with other departments. Additionally, the Head of Marketing will leverage opportunities to generate additional revenues by offering the department's services to external companies.

Key Objectives:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and establish marketing strategies across all internal divisions with clear implementation plans.
  2. Integration with Sales and Operations: Integrate marketing practices with the sales and operations functions of the company to ensure cohesive strategies.
  3. Customer Acquisition and Retention: Support the sustainable growth of all sports academies and camps by ensuring a robust new customer acquisition plan and supporting retention strategies.
  4. Lead Management: Increase and generate revenues through the generation of leads for both internal divisions and external businesses. Leverage the recent implementation of Salesforce as a CRM automated tool and support the development of the new CRM modules.
  5. Budget Management: Oversee and control all marketing channel spending and budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
  6. Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
  7. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and initiatives.
  8. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  9. Foster Collaboration and Harmony: Create a harmonious and collaborative atmosphere within the marketing team, internal customers, and other internal stakeholders.
  10. Team Development: Cultivate an environment where marketing colleagues can grow and unleash their potential, aligning with the company's values of respect and unity.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Background:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  1. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in managing marketing personnel across various functions. Experience in sports marketing is a significant advantage.
  2. At least 5 years of experience leading a comprehensive marketing team that serves multiple business units. This desirably includes supervising the following functions:
  3. Videographic and photographic content creation and editing
  4. Graphic design and creative development
  5. Digital marketing and social media management
  6. Account management
  7. Promotions management
  8. Desirable: Branding, public relations (PR), and market research

Leadership:

  1. Solid leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  2. Ability to recognize and learn from mistakes. Proven ability to identify areas for improvement and enthusiastically offer a contagious positive example.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build sincere and caring relationships with all colleagues.
  4. Ability to transform potential sources of conflict into opportunities for mutual understanding and joint development.

Strategic Expertise:

  1. Relevant experience in strategic marketing management, including the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans that align with business goals.
  2. Knowledge of current media trends and the ability to leverage them effectively.

Technical Skills:

  1. Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and web design.
  2. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation tools.

Valuable Direct Experiences:

  1. Proven track record in brand strategy and implementation, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  2. Good understanding of market research methodologies and their application in strategic planning. Ability to leverage data to support marketing decisions.
